Full-Stack Javascript Developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer responsible for developing the digital experience at Outsite. You will help architect and develop the functionality of the digital product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. The Outsite digital story doesn’t end after booking a stay, it’s connected to the guest experience, before, during and after their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Build new features into our booking platform and member portal. 
• Fix bugs and maintain our live code base. 
• Help think about how tech can improve the overall guest experience and our internal operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with the following or similar technologies: Javascript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, MongoDB. 
• Experience integrating with multiple external services and API's. 
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies. 
• You are pragmatic and do what’s best for the product/business. 
• You help think about the user experience. 
• You are able to challenge the product owner when something can be done faster or better. 
• You have some experience working remote and are a great communicator.
