We provide a hosted, white label freelance marketplace with job posting, profiles, contracts, payments, messaging etc, than allows any organisation to run their own freelance marketplace. The company is growing fast, so we're looking for another developer to join our remote team.
The platform is hosted on AWS and uses a variety of services provided. It's a microservice-based application powered by Serverless framework on top of AWS Lambda. As a database, we are using NoSQL key-value storage DynamoDB with auto-scaling enabled. Authentication and authorization processes are handled by AWS Cognito and AWS STS. The frontend part of the application is built on top of ReactJS.
Must have skills:
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS;
- 1+ years of experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, IAM);
- Experience with any frontend JS framework;
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL;
- Intermediate+ level of conversational English;
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with building multi-tenancy systems;
- Experience with Serverless Framework or CloudFormation;
- ReactJS;
The contract will initially be for around 10 hours per week, and will probably grow to 30+ per week in due course.
As part of the process, we will run an initial interview, and successful candidates will be invited to run through a short technical task to test experience in the necessary skillsets.
