We're looking for driven individuals capable of working both alone and as part of a team to help us build and ship backend and frontend features.
The ideal candidate is comfortable writing both backend and frontend code and has a solid grasp of web and mobile development, particularly when it comes to API design and security.
Responsibilities:
- Realizing strategic and tactical objectives via code and automation
- Executing project plans and interfacing with stakeholders
- Shipping backend and frontend code
- Writing automated tests
- Writing database queries against a graph database
- Operating and maintaining SaaS software
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Degree in Comp. Sci, Software Eng., or equivalent experience
- Up-to-date JavaScript (ES6) skills
- Solid understanding of HTTP and web API development topics
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Docker, NodeJS, TypeScript, and React Native
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with GIS and spatial
- Experience working with graph databases and algorithms
