Goal:

Our goal was to develop complicated Node.js server and complete some tasks on a front-end using Angular and D3. Client wanted us to extract data from external APIs, make this data searchable and add custom filters.

Results:

We have made it possible with AWS - several web workers, synced via SQS and Mongodb+Elasticsearch storage. It allowed us to replace existing API and to use custom filters, satisfying consumer needs.
