Pros
- Competitive salary
- Interesting projects based on latest technologies
- Payed english classes with teacher.
- Payed dev courses(I took React course)
- Bonuses to a salary at some national holidays/birthday
Cons
- No business trips
- If you hate remote work - Soshace isn't right place for you
- No code review by more professional developer on my project
Advice to Management Keep doing nice job. I hope when we have a lot of developers/projects/money we can organize meeting/party for all Soshace developers.
